Conservation Projects

My academic specialisation lies in the conservation and restoration of paintings and painted surfaces. In 2004, I co-founded a restoration cooperative. In 2012 I decided to take the huge step of resigning my directorship to pursue my career as an independent conservator and conservation consultant. Today I head of team of conservators and conservation assistants. My projects range from the conservation of easel paintings and polychromed objects at the conservation laboratory, to larger in situ projects as the conservation of polychromed sculptures, and on site projects as the conservation of wall paintings in churches and historical buildings.
